— Our story

A neighbourhood place,
made for staying a while.

Patisserie Lane started with a simple idea: that a really good croissant, an unhurried flat white and a seat by the window can rearrange a whole week. We bake every morning, pull our espresso on the green-handled La Marzocco, and we keep a water bowl at the door for whoever turns up on four legs.

Find us at the foot of Pit Lane in Widnes — same cream-tiled shopfront, same sage door, same barista grinning if you order the white chocolate & raspberry blondie before 11.

Every day should feel
like a Sunday.

— What we make

01

Pastries, viennoiseries

Croissants, pains au chocolat, almond, raspberry — laminated in our kitchen, baked the morning you eat them.

02

Cakes & traybakes

Blondies, jammie crumble, dark chocolate bake. Whatever's on the cake stand has been made by hand that week.

03

Brunch & toast

Sourdough toast in the mornings, brunch on weekends. Bring a paper. Bring the dog. We're not rushing you.

04

Proper coffee

Single-origin espresso, flat whites in green ceramics, a long black if you're heading somewhere. Decaf is real here.
